Any model you've uploaded and encoded that can be embedded on a live page. Archived or deleted models don't count toward your limit. You can swap models freely — only the ones currently enabled count.

Yes — but only encrypted. Your file is AES-256 encrypted in the browser before upload. The unwrap key is split: half stays client-side with the embed token, half stays on our side. Neither half alone decrypts the file. Even if our storage were compromised, geometry would be unreadable.

Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately — you only pay for the remaining days. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep all your encoded frames either way; only the model limit changes.

You'll get an in-dashboard warning at 80% usage. If you hit the limit, new uploads are paused but existing embeds keep working. You can archive old models or upgrade to continue uploading.
