These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meshless B2B platform, including our 360° 3D viewers, APIs, CDN infrastructure, and dashboard (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, embedding our viewer, or utilizing our API, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, e-commerce entity, or organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that entity and represent that you have the authority to do so.
2. Description of Service
Meshless provides an enterprise-grade infrastructure for hosting, securing, and rendering 3D models as zero-latency, interactive WebP image sequences. The Service encompasses secure Cloudflare R2 hosting, automated CDN distribution, and iframe-based viewer embedding secured via Content Security Policy (CSP).
3. Accounts and Identity
Account authentication and session management are handled by our secure identity provider (Clerk). You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately at security@meshless.io if you suspect unauthorized access. Meshless reserves the right to suspend API keys or accounts that exhibit abusive traffic patterns or threaten our infrastructure.
4. Acceptable Use & Fair Usage
You agree not to:
- Upload 3D models or assets that infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to bypass, spoof, or manipulate the Content Security Policy (CSP)
frame-ancestorsdomain-lock restrictions. - Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the core rendering pipeline or raw
.glbassets. - Route excessive, non-human traffic (e.g., malicious botnets) to our public CDN endpoints to artificially inflate bandwidth costs.
- Sublicense or resell Meshless infrastructure to third parties without an explicit Enterprise agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Assets. You retain complete ownership and intellectual property rights to all 3D models (.glb, .gltf) you upload. You grant Meshless a limited, non-exclusive, secure license to store, process, and distribute the rendered frames of these models solely to deliver the Service to your authorized domains.
Meshless Platform. Meshless retains all exclusive rights, title, and interest in the platform's codebase, viewer UI/UX, APIs, SDKs, and underlying rendering technology.
6. Infrastructure & Security
As detailed in our Security Policy, we enforce strict programmatic isolation. To ensure zero-latency delivery for e-commerce, rendered WebP frames are served via a public edge CDN. Protection of these assets relies on Iframe Domain-Locking (CSP). You acknowledge that configuring your authorized domains correctly in the dashboard is your responsibility.
7. Fees, Billing, and Merchant of Record
Meshless utilizes a "Merchant of Record" (MoR), such as Paddle, to handle global payment processing, subscription management, and local tax compliance (e.g., VAT, Sales Tax).
- By subscribing to a paid tier, you agree to the MoR's specific billing terms and authorize them to charge your payment method.

- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with a 30-day written notice.
