These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meshless platform, including our website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
2. Description of Service
Meshless provides a platform for converting 3D model files into WebP image sequences and interactive 360° viewer embeds. The Service includes a web dashboard, CDN delivery of rendered frames, a JavaScript SDK, and API access depending on your plan.
3. Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@meshless.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse our infrastructure, or engage in fraudulent activity.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Use the Service to distribute malware or malicious code
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary rendering pipeline
- Exceed usage limits associated with your plan in a manner intended to circumvent billing
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without explicit written permission
5. Intellectual Property
Your content. You retain all rights to the 3D models and assets you upload. By uploading content, you grant Meshless a limited, non-exclusive license to process and render your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
Our platform. Meshless and its licensors retain all rights to the platform, rendering technology, SDKs, and documentation. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.
6. Data Security
Meshless encrypts all uploaded model files using AES-256 before storage. Rendered WebP frames are distributed via CDN with signed URLs. Our security practices are described in detail on our Security page.
7. Fees and Payment
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as described on the Pricing page. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Service Availability
We target 99.9% monthly uptime for CDN delivery. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 48 hours in advance via our status page. Planned downtime does not count against uptime calculations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meshless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meshless, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
